Toast with provoline, small cheese like provolone
|

Ingredient for 4 servings:
4 Tuscany or from Puglia, slices bread 200gr fresh provoline (small fresh cheese like provolone) 2 salted anchovies 4 round red tomatoes Parsley Fry oil
Preparazione
In a pan fry bread with fry oil. Rinse, dress, and mince anchovies. Boil few seconds tomatoes, pare, pit and cut in thin fillets. Spread bread slices with anchovy pieces, tomato fillets, a parsley pinch and cheese slices. Place bread slices in a pan, bake in 200°C oven until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
