Soft cake with walnuts

Torta soffice di noci
Ingredients:
250 grams of flour 100 g butter 50 g sultanas 200 grams of sugar 3 egg yolks 1 / 2 lemon (squeezed) 20 nuts 1 cup milk 1 package yeast 1 pinch of salt baking paper
Preparation:
Cream the butter, making it creamy, then add the other ingredients in the following order: sugar, egg yolks one at a time, the lemon juice, flour, milk, yeast, rather coarsely chopped walnuts before finally raisins . Line a mold of 26 cm with baking paper, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Note: I always suggest just to wet the wax paper under the water and then dry it in order to give the best shape of the pan.
