Pine kernels cake

Ingredients:
50gr sweet almonds
50gr bitter almonds
260gr sugar
2 yolks
1 pinch baking powder
pine kernels
Butter for pan

Preparation:
Using a mortar, mince almonds with sugar.
Beat whites till stiff peaks form, combine to almonds mixing gently.

When mixture is uniform add baking powder and as many pine kernels as needed to get a pretty firm dough.

Pour dough in a greased pan and arrange all with a knife.

Sprinkle with small butter curly, other pine kernels and bake in preheated oven.
Cook till surface get gold.
