Spaghetti alla carrettiera

Ingredients: 320 g. spaghetti type pasta n.5 1 clove garlic 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 40 g. bacon 60 g. tuna belly in olive oil 150 g. fresh porcini mushrooms salt pepper Preparation: Boil pasta in water. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms gently with a damp cloth and slice. Heat the oil in a pan, add the bacon and the garlic, when garlic is golden delete it, then add the mushrooms and salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, then add the tuna after it is drained and chopped. Continue cooking for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta, let it flavor the gravy in the pan and serve hot.
