Ingredients for 6 servings:
200gr pork liver
200gr lean pork meat
2tbs bread crumbs
2 beat eggs
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Parmesan cheese
20juniper berries
Pork net (peritoneum)
Butter and oil
Preparation:
In a medium mixing bowl combine liver, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg powder, juniper berries and stir well all ingredients.
With this mixture shape some balls, roll with peritoneum and cook with oil and butter for one hour, use low heat.
