Green anchovies

Ingredients:
200gr. Salted anchovies Parsley 1 clove garlic Hot chilli pepper Olive oil, vinaigrette
Preparation:
Separate and rinse fish fillets with fresh water and vinaigrette, pat dry with paper towel and place in serving plate. Rinse parsley, snip only leaves with 1 clove of garlic. In a small mixing bowl stir together oil and prepared snip. Combine hot chilli pepper and spoon over anchovies.
