Appetizers Recipes - Pizzas, Flat breads
Potatoes pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:
200gr hard wheat flour
1 mozzarella cheese
60gr grained sheep cheese
30gr lard
2 potatoes
1 egg + 2 yolks
2 tomatoes
6 leaves basil
Olive oil, salt, pepper

Preparation:
Peel and pit tomatoes, cut in small fillets and in a small bowl mix with salt and 1 tbs spoon olive oil.

Wash and boil potatoes for 20 min, peel and, still hot, mash with a potato masher. In a medium-mixing bowl combine mashed potatoes, flour, eggs, salt and pepper.

Stir very well and prepare 4 small pizzas.

Shallow-fry pizzas in hot lard, dry with paper towel and place in greased baking pan. Cover with tomato fillets, thin slices of mozzarella, snipped basil and grained sheep cheese.

Bake in a 240°c oven for 10 minutes.
