Small pizza with soft blue cheese

Ingredients for 6 servings:
250gr white flour 200gr soft blue cheese 80gr butter 2 eggs Salt pepper nutmeg
Preparation:
In a medium-mixing bowl combine flour, yolks, salt, pepper and nutmeg. In a small mixing bowl blend butter and soft blue cheese, add to other mixture. Shape dough into a loaf, place it in a bowl, cover and let stay in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Quickly knead dough by patting or lightly rolling dough to thin thickness. Cut dough with a glass or biscuits cutter of 7 cm diameter. Place small pizza in a greased and floured pan. Slightly beat egg whites and spread small pizza. Bake in warm oven for few minutes.
