Toast with truffle

Ingredients:
120gr truffle 150gr butter 1 anchovy, parsley 1/2 clove garlic 4 Tuscan bread slices Olive oil
Preparation:
Mince anchovy with garlic and parsley, brown with olive oil. Brush truffles with a truffle brush or similar, cut in very thin slices. Set aside. In a pan fry bread with butter. When brown spread with anchovy mixture and cover with truffles slices. Serve warm.
