Ingredienti:
12 very thin slices s. Daniele prosciutto
200gr soft green cheese
2 ribs green celery
Parsley
Chives
1/2 clove garlic (optional)
Worcester sauce
Cream
Salt
Figs
Salad

Preparation:
In a medium-mixing bowl combine soft green cheese with 1 or 2 tbs cream, blend until uniform.
With a food process mince celery, parsley, chives and garlic. Combine with green cheese mixture and blend until smooth and uniform.
Add salt and Worcester sauce, mix well.
Lay flat prosciutto slices, spread with obtained mixture, roll and garnish with figs slices or salad leaves.
Cover and set in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
