Farinata (garbanzo beans cake)

Ingredients for 4 servings:
250gr chickpeas (garbanzo beans) flour 400gr lukewarm water 75gr olive oil 1 pinch Salt 1 pinch Pepper
Preparation:
Sieve chichpeas flour in a medium-mixing bowl, add salt and pepper. Blend flour adding water until mixture is liquid as cream. Cover and let stay for 4/5 hours. Grease with oil a low pan (26/28cm diameter). Preheat oven at 220°C. Continue to mix and pour blend into the pan. Cook for 30minutes or till farinata top is crunchy and golden.
