Chicken breast salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:
2 pairs chicken breasts 1 tbs mustard 4 anchovies Lemon juice Olive oil Truffle
Preparation:
Steam or boil chicken breast and let cool. Dress and rinse anchovies, mash till melted. Add mustard and oil, blend until sauce is smooth and uniform.
Slice chicken breasts in thin fillets and combine with sauce.
Mix long and carefully, chicken must be well topped with dressing.
For a more refined salad, before serving add very thin truffle slices
