Ingredients:
Tuscany bread double cooked Olive oil Oregano Vinaigrette Salt Red hot pepper Water
Preparation:
Cube double cooked bread and dip in a medium bowl full of water.
Immediately take bread out of water and dry with paper towel.
Dress every cube of bread with oil, vinaigrette, oregano and salt; rub with red hot pepper (if desired replace vinaigrette with mashed tomatoes).
