Chicken and Truffle

Ingredients:
4 chicken breast slices 1 truffle 1 lemon Grated parmesan cheese Olive oil 1/2 clove garlic
Preparation:
Steam or boil chicken breast, cut in thin slices and dress with olive oil, lemon juice, one tbs parmesan cheese, minced garlic.
Toss till well dressed and cover with thin slices of truffle. Set aside in a cold place before serving.
