Appetizers Recipes - Fishes
Tuna salami

Ingredients:
250gr tuna 4 salted anchovies 2 eggs 4 tbs grained bread Parsley, salt, pepper
For the sauce: 2 salted anchovies 1 tbs capers 2 tbs olive oil 1 tbs vinaigrette
Preparation:
In a medium mixing bowl combine tuna, dressed anchovies, minced parsley, grained bread, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix until uniform.
Place mixture in a dishcloth, roll tightly on it self, lash both ends and dip in a pan with abundant boiling water.
Let boil for 20 minutes. In the meanwhile prepare sauce: combine vinaigrette, oil, minced anchovies and capers.
When salami is cooked, set aside to cool with his dishcloth. Slice and place in a serving plate covering with anchovies sauce.
