Ingredients:
200gr buckwheat flour 100gr white flour 100gr Valtellina cheese Lard 1tbs grappa Salt Sparkling water
Preparation:
In a medium mixing bowl combine buckwheat flour, white flour, salt, add water until mixture is smooth and similar to cream.
Set aside for 1 hour. Cut in thinly slices cheese and combine to mixture, add grappa.
In a frying pan heat lard, when hot pour in a tbs mixture per time. Watch at least 1 slice of cheese in each tbs.
When brown, dry with paper towel and serve warm. If desired, serve with dressed red radicchio.
