Stockfish salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1kg stockfish, dried cod (sponged Stocco di Mammola)
Olive oil
Garlic
Parsley
Lemon

Preparation:
Crumble stockfish when uncooked or boiled for 1 minute.

Dress with olive oil, minced parsley, minced garlic and red hot pepper.

Pour over lemon juice and serve.
