Marinade anchovies

Ingredients for 6 servings:
1kg fresh anchovies 2 glasses vinaigrette Oregano, fine minced parsley 2 minced cloves garlic Red hot pepper 1 glass olive oil Salt 200gr butter in shape of curls
Preparation:
Rinse and dress anchovies.
Dry with a paper towel, cover with vinaigrette and set aside for one day.
Take anchovies out form vinaigrette, place in layers with salt, oregano, parsley, garlic, red hot pepper and oil.
Let gain flavour for 12 hours and serve near butter curls.
