Cassoni fritti

Ingredients for 4 servings:
500gr greens 250gr white flour 2 eggs Salt, pepper Olive oil or lard
Preparation:
Rinse and boil greens. Squeeze well and dress with oil, salt and pepper. Knead flour with eggs, salt, some tbs water and mix well.
Roll a sheet of pastry, cut out 12 cm diameter circles.
Fold dough circles in half over greens, seal edges by pressing with fork tips.
Fry both sides “cassoni” in boiling oil or lard.
