Appetizers Recipes - Salted cakes

Ingredients for 6 servings:
1kg spinach or beet 100gr chopped lard 100gr grained parmesan 1 egg 2 minced cloves garlic 200gr white flour 150gr melted butter Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Wash with fresh water spinach, pass directly from washing bowl to pan and boil with remaining water.
In a pan, melt lard and combine with parsley, garlic and finally add spinach. Let gain flavour.
Take out garlic and mix with grained cheese, beated egg, salt and pepper as you like.
Knead flour and butter and prepare crust pie dough.
Set aside for a while, roll a thinly sheet of pastry. Cut out 2 circles, one bigger than the other.
Place the bigger circle in a greased pan, cover edges and fill with spinach mixture. Place the smaller circle and seal edges by pressing with fork tips.
Bake in 200°Coven for 45 minutes.
