Ingredients for 4 servings:
200gr lamb meat
200gr pork meat
200gr beef meat
200gr veal meat
350gr peeled tomatoes
1 onion
1/2 glass red wine
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a medium pan brown onion with oil, when tender add all ground meat. Sear well and pour red wine.
Let steam and add minced tomatoes.
Add salt, pepper and cook for 1 hour at least, using low heat. Mix from time to time.
Use this sauce to dress small pasta shells or other kind of small pasta.
