Amatriciana sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:
100gr diced bacon Olive oil Onion Red hot pepper 300gr peeled tomatoes Grained sheet’s milk cheese Salt
Preparation:
In a medium pan brown bacon with red hot pepper and 1 tbs olive oil, till bacon is crisp, drain fat.
Add onion and let brown, pour in tomatoes, season with salt and cook and stir for a while.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti or bucatini till tender but still firm, drain well. Take out pepper and serve the sauce over spaghetti.
Sprinkle pasta with grained sheet’s milk cheese.
