Saint oil

Ingredients:
2 dl olive oil 6 red hot fresh peppers from Calabria 1 clove garlic Salt
Preparation:
Rinse peppers, take out stalk, mince carefully and place in a glass vase with lid. Fill with oil.
Mince very well garlic and add to pepper, season with salt and close lid.
Set for 20 days in a dark and cool place. Use this oil to season toasted bread or tomato sauces for pasta.
