Warm green sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:
50 gr parsley 1 clove garlic 30gr butter Few tbs olive oil 1 tsp tomato paste 1 tsp sugar Vinaigrette, salt, pepper
Preparation:
Rinse and dry well parsley, mince and pour in a small pan with oil, butter. Brow a bit.
Add tomato paste melted in few tbs warm water, season with salt and pepper.
When water is over, add sugar and a sprinkle vinaigrette.
Cook for few minutes and use to season pasta or boiled meat o grilled meat.
