White sauce "besciamella"

Besciamella
Ingredients for 1/2 litre:
1/2 litre milk 50gr butter 30gr white flour Salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a small saucepan melt butter. Use a very low heat
Stir in sieved flour, milk small small and keep stirring. Don’t add anything else till flour has absorbed the poured milk amount.
If you prefer a more liquid or solid sauce add milk or flour.
Cook and stir for 10 minutes more, season with salt and pepper.
