Beans all'uccelletto (beans with tomatoes)

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1kg white beans 500gr fresh tomatoes 100gr olive oil 1 clove garlic 1 posy sage Salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a medium pot pour cold water, salt and beans, cook till beans are tender.
In a medium pan, preferably an earthenware one, sear garlic, sage with oil.
Add peeled and pitted tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
Pour drained beans, stir well and cook for 30 minutes before serving.
