Drowned broccoli

Ingredients:
1/2 kg broccoli 1 glass olive oil 1/2 glass vinaigrette 2 cloves garlic Salt
Preparation:
Wash broccoli, choose only more tender heads and leaves.
In a medium pan sear oil with minced garlic, when garlic is brown add not rinsed broccoli.
Season with salt and lid up the pan.
Cook using medium heat, stir often and when necessary add one dipper water.
After 30 minutes pour vinaigrette and let evaporate. Serve immediately still warm.
