Ingredients for 4 servings:
600gr potatoes 400gr onions 400gr ripe tomatoes Olive oil Grated roman cheese Grated bread Oregano Salt
Preparation:
Greased a medium oven-pan with oil and arrange the first level of peeled and sliced potatoes.
Add salt and season with oil.
Arrange the second layer of slices onions, and the third of sliced tomatoes, season each layer with oil and salt.
Cover the last layer with grated bread, oregano and roman cheese, a bit of oil and bake for 1 hour in 200°C oven.
