Chicory with ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1kg chicory 60gr raw ham in sticks 1/2 glass olive oil Salt
Preparation:
Wash and rinse very well chicory, boil with few salted water.
Drain, squeeze well and dice chicory. In a medium pan sear oil with raw ham, add chicory.
Season with salt and cook for some minutes, mix well and serve immediately.
