Spaghetti with turnip tops

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1/2kg turnip tops
300gr spaghetti pasta
2 washed anchovies
1 clove garlic
Salt
olive oil

Preparation:
Sear garlic in oil, when brown add dress anchovies. Turn off heat and let cook in their warm.

In a big-pan with abundant salted boiling water, add turnip tops. When water start boiling again add spaghetti. Cook till tender but firm.

Drain all and season with garlic, oil and anchovies sauce.
