Tagliatelle with garlic sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:
300gr dry tagliatelle 50gr walnuts 80gr fresh bread crumb 50gr butter 3 cloves garlic Milk Salt
Preparation:
In e medium-mixing bowl combine crumb and milk. Shell walnuts and crush kernels with garlic. Pour nuts mixtures over dipped milk crumb. Don’t drain milk. Season with salt and stir well. Set aside for a while. Boil tagliatelle till tender and firm, drain well. Dress with butter and walnuts sauce. Mix well and serve immediately.
