White "tajarin" and truffles

Ingredients for 4 servings:
400gr white flour 2 eggs 80gr butter Broth 1 white truffle from Alba Salt Pepper Nutmeg Grated parmesan
Preparation:
To prepare “tajarin”: combine flour, eggs, one tbs parmesan, water as needed to obtain a smoothly dough.
Roll dough in thinly sheet and cut 1,5cm wide stripes. Brush ad wash truffle. In a small-pan using low heat melt butter and combine with remaining parmesan, pepper, nutmeg and one dipper broth.
Boil tagliatelle in abundant boiling water for 2 minutes, drain keeping wet and mix with preparing dress. Spread with truffle slices and serve.
