First course Recipes - Dried pasta
Pasta with sausage, eggs and ricotta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:
400gr short pasta 100gr fresh sausage 100gr ricotta cheese 2 eggs pepper Salt
Preparation:
Chop sausage and sear rapidely in a medium pan, keep stirring till brown. In a small-mixing bowl melt ricotta cheese with little warm water and set aside. Cook pasta till tender but firm. Place pasta back into pan and combine with eggs. Using low heat, stir till eggs are yellow.
Add ricotta cheese and sausage, pepper and mix well till pasta is uniform.
