First course Recipes - Rice
Rice with parmesan cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:
400gr rice 60gr butter 1 Minced onion 125dl hot meat broth grated parmesan cheese
Preparation:
In a medium pan sear onion with 30gr butter, when gold pour rice and one dipper broth.
Cook rice adding one dipper broth per time and stir with a wooden cookware.
Take rice away from heat when tender and not too dry (all’onda).
Add remaining butter, grated cheese, stir well and set aside few minutes. Serve with other grated cheese.
