First course Recipes - Rice
Rice with land snails

Ingredients:
300gr rice 200gr cleaned land snails 250gr butter 3 onions 2 cloves garlic 2 leaves basil parsley nutmeg 1/2 glass white wine broth salt pepper
Preparation:
Clean and chop land snails.
Prepare sauce: in a medium-pan cook land snails with 200gr butter, 2 minced onions, minced garlic, basil and parsley.
In the meanwhile, in a medium-pan cook rice: melt remaining butter, gold rice and add wine, wait till evaporated and then add broth slow slow.
When rice is almost cooked combine with snails sauce and cook for 2 minutes more.
