Valdostana rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:
450gr rice 50gr butter 200gr fontina cheese 1lt meat broth 1 glass white wine
Preparation:
In a medium pan melt 50gr butter, gold rice and add wine. Let wine evaporates, add hot broth slow slow till rice is tender. Few minutes before rice is cooked combine with diced fontina cheese.
