First course Recipes - Rice
Rice "in cagnone"

Ingredients for 4 servings:
400gr rice
120gr butter
100gr grated parmesan
2 cloves garlic
some leaves sage
salt

Preparation:
Cook rice in abundant salted water, drain when tender but still firm and pour in a medium bowl, cover with grated parmesan cheese.

In the meanwhile, sear garlic and sage with butter, when it’s brown take garlic and sage away. Pour butter over rice and stir well.

Serve immediately.
