First course Recipes - Rice
Rice with sausage "alla monzese"

Ingredients for 4 servings:
400gr rice 200gr sausage monzese broth 80gr butter 1 onion Grated parmesan cheese
Preparation:
In a medium pan, brown thinly sliced onion with butter. Combine chopped sausage (without peel).
When mixture is gold pour rice and let brown stirring with a wooden cookware. Add one broth dipper and cook adding broth slow slow.
When rice is tender add salt and pepper, grated parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
