First course Recipes - Rice

Ingredients:
250gr rice 300gr pork ribs 1 onion 1/4 chicken pork blood butter salt and pepper
Preparation:
Prepare broth with pork ribs and chicken. In a medium pan melt butter and brown half sliced onion, pepper and combine with half pork ribs.
In another pan melt some other butter and sear half sliced onion, add rice with one deeper broth and remaining ribs.
Cook rice till tender, if necessary add broth.
Few minutes before end of cooking pour one glass pork blood and cook for 5 minutes more, mix well. Pour rice over a serving plate, season with ribs sauce and serve.
