Ingredients:
400gr pumpkin
300gr potatoes
100gr white flour
100gr chestnut flour
1 yolk egg
1 tbs olive oil
200gr cream
100gr mushrooms
50gr butter
grated parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
nutmeg
Preparation:
Boil potatoes in abundant boiling water, bake in oven chopped pumpkin using medium heat. Mash potatoes and pumpkin and prepare a puree
Let cool down and combine with white flour and chestnut flour
Mix well and add egg, oil salt, pepper, nutmeg. With this mixture prepare small dumplings.
Thinly slice mushrooms and stir with butter, parsley, garlic and cream.
Cook in boiling water and season with mushrooms sauce.
Serve with fine grated parmesan
