Lagane and beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:
600gr hard wheat flour 500gr fresh beans salt water lard 2 cloves garlic Red hot pepper powder
Preparation:
Boil beans in salted water. In the meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl combine flour, salt and enough warm water to prepare dough. Knead dough with energy for a while; dough must be firm and smooth.
Roll a thinly sheet, set aside for a while. When dry cut lagane (similar to tagliatelle but lager). Boil lagane in salted water, drain when firm and pour in a serving bowl. Arrange with beans.
Sear lard, minced garlic and red hot pepper. Season lagane and beans with lard sauce. Mix well and serve with cheese. Beans can be replaced by lentils or garbanzo beans.
