Ingredients for 4 servings:
350gr small pasta shells (orecchiette)
4 rib chop of pork or veal
1 onion, olive oil
1/2 glass white wine
can tomato
tomato sauce
Red hot pepper
Preparation:
In a medium pan brown oil and onion, add rib chop and white wine.
Let wine evaporates, take meat away from pan and replace with some tbs tomato in can.
Let cook for a while and add tomato sauce, stir well.
When boils, put rib chops back in pan, add red hot pepper and cook for 1 hour using low heat.
Cook pasta till firm, drain and season with sauce. Meat will be serve as main dish.
