Meat balls with broth

Ingredients for 2 servings:
50gr minced beef meat 1 egg 1 tbs grated parmesan cheese Wet and squeezed crumb Butter Flour Salt Pepper
Preparation:
In a medium-mixing bowl combine meat, parmesan cheese, wet crumb and egg, mix well. Knead the mixture and prepare small balls big as hazelnuts. Sprinkle with flour and fry with hot butter. Drain gently, dry with paper towel and pour in broth pan, boil for 1 minute and serve.
