Cheese balls with broth

Ingredients for 2 servings:
80gr grated hemmental cheese 1 egg 100gr flour 50gr butter
Preparation:
Beat egg; add flour, grated cheese, half melted butter (pre-heated in a small pan). Knead the mixture and prepare small balls big as hazelnuts. Light fry balls with remaining butter. Drain gently, dry with paper towel and pour in broth pan, boil for 6-7 minutes and serve.
