Ingredients for 4 servings:
1,5kg fresh broad beans
Some green onions, 1 stalk minced celery
4 artichokes
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation:
Wash artichokes, trim stems and remove loose outer leaves, cut in cloves and dip in a bowl with water and lemon juice.
Shell broad beans, pour in a medium pan and cook with one litre water, add green onion, celery and artichokes.
Let boil, add some salt and oil, lid up and cook for one hour.
