First course Recipes - Fondue
Fonduta alla piemontese - Melted cheese with bread

Ingredients:
400gr fontina cheese 40gr butter 2dl milk 4 egg yolks Salt
Preparation:
In a medium-mixing bowl dip fontina cheese in milk, soak for 3 hours. Drain and add to melted butter in a small pan.
Stir well using low heat till mixture is creamy but not stringy
Finally add beaten eggs and salt, mix well. Serve warm fonduta with toasted and diced bread.
