Ingredients for 4 servings:
100gr grated bread 100gr grated parmesan cheese 2 whole eggs Nutmeg 1lt broth
Preparation:
In a medium-mixing bowl beat eggs with nutmeg, cheese and grated bread. Stir well till mixture is firm.
Knead mixture by hands and prepare a ball. Grate the ball over a clean dishcloth using a big hole grater and pour in boiling broth.
Cook for few minutes and serve.
