Ingredients for 4 servings:
100gr grated bread 100gr grated parmesan cheese 2 whole eggs Nutmeg 1lt broth grated skin of one lemon
Preparation:
In a medium-mixing bowl beat eggs with nutmeg, cheese and grated bread. Stir well till mixture is soft, it must be creamy enough to pass through the appropriate tool. Pour small cylinders of passatelli directly in boiling water pot.
Cook for few minutes and serve.
