Mariconda soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:
150gr bread crumb 1/4lt milk 50gr butter Nutmeg 2 eggs grated parmesan cheese 1lt broth salt pepper
Preparation:
Spread bread crumb in a small mixing bowl, cover with milk and set aside for 30 minutes. In a small pan melt butter, add well squeezed bread crumb and cook till all mixture is dry.
Pour the mixture in a medium-bowl, add 2 whole eggs, 2 tbs grated parmesan, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Stir well and set aside for 1 hour. Warm up broth till boiling temperature.
With a teaspoon take small pieces of mixture and let fall in boiling broth, help yourself with a knife point.
Cook for some minutes in medium boiling broth, serve with grated parmesan cheese.
