Pavese soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 fresh eggs 8 small bread slices 60gr butter 1lt meat or chicken broth grated parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Warm up broth till boiling.
In the meanwhile, in a medium pan melt butter. As soon as butter is brown fry bread slices, one minute each side or till surface is brown.
Arrange two slices in each soup plate and cover with grated parmesan cheese.
Break one egg and lay down in each soup plat on bread and cheese. At this moment pour in the plate some hot broth and serve.
