Ingredients for 4 servings:
1lt meat broth 4 full tbs fine grated bread 2 whole eggs 2 full tbs grated parmesan cheese
Preparation:
In medium-mixing bowl beat eggs and parmesan cheese. In the meanwhile, boil broth and add grated bread like it was rain. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour hot broth in the mixing bowl and beat well for some minutes using a fork. Egg should be firm but without lumps.
